|Sheila Marlin Portrait Artist And Author|
Sheila is a portrait artist who was born in Washington DC, USA. She studied art at Montreal, where she received her diploma. She also achieved distinctions at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Amsterdam doing painting with Professor Weigers, drawing with Professor Roling and finally at the Bezalel College of Art, Jerusalem, painting with Professor Ernst Fuchs.
Sheila is a founder and headmistress of a Montessori-based school in England, where she lives with her four daughters and 7 grandchildren. She specialises in portrait studies of children.

She has been exhibiting in one man and group shows in Amsterdam, Venice, London, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Lake District, Dublin, Mayo, New York, Washington, Montreal and Ottawa. She has work in collections in Sweden, Africa, USA, Canada, Eire, Holland, France, Spain, England, Iceland and Greece.
She regularly shows at the Royal Hibernian Academy in Dublin and at the Art of Imagination annual exhibits in London. Sheila has also been featured in the Not The Turner Prize art collection.
